We at Chaya Macrobiotics is a long-established restaurant in Hayama that has been passed down since the Edo period, born from "Hikage Chaya". We use domestic organic brown rice, specially cultivated organic vegetables, beans and seaweed. We serve healthy and stylish dishes without using meats, eggs, dairy products, white sugar and chemical seasonings.
